The dishes were uneven (though my daughter’s Masala was the clear winner) and although I love house music, we felt that the blaringly loud techno made it difficult to enjoy a family meal—and it contrasted with the setting. Yesterday my husband and I went and I had one of the best Indian dishes I have ever had, their chicken Kadaii (tandoori chicken with tomato and spices, a modern twist on a North Indian classic, from what I’ve read, due to the inclusion of peppers and onions, which balances the dish). The flavor packed a punch, as did the spice level “spicy”). I devoured it. My British husband loved his Korma. Those who worship Aga will find Everest Curry a good match, but in the Cypress area. So excited to return—but I’m going to have trouble veering from the Kadaii! And a vibe note: the music last night was popular Indian music, a lovely companion to the space. ”

“ Had a great eating experience at this Indian restaurant. We tasted a variety of their menu, from the soups to their grilled chicken to their curry and naan. I would suggest going a level lower in your spicy level choice until you’re familiar with their dishes. The servers was good at letting us know that it might be spicier than other places. Don’t let the exterior, that it’s next to a gas station & Convenience store, be a distraction from finding this great eatery. It was a great experience! Would definitely go back. The server was very professional and attentive. I was with a couple of guys that had been there before, so they were very aware of the various dishes they liked so that helped. The interior is clean and well organized. the parking lot again shares it with a convenient store so depending on how busy that convenient store is it might be difficult to find immediately. Front parking. Highly recommend this place and look forward to going back. ”

“ We drove from Clear Lake to this Indian restaurant to experience the delicious foods on this menu. Everything we ordered was fresh and very flavorful. I appreciate when a restaurant uses authentic seasonings. We had veggie korma, saag paneer, garlic naan, chai, chicken biryani, paneer tikka, and also Samosa for appetizer. Definitely coming back to this place! ”

“ Update: visited today again and ordered chilli chicken gravy and fried rice. We requested for spixy and man it gave us the sweat and tears! But loved the taste and enjoyed it. service as always was wonderful and attentive. Small setup but the food is always excellent. They have different spice levels to cater to people with different levels of spice tolerance. Service is excellent! I love their food and we go there frequently. We usually order the street corn, biryani and chicken chowmein. Lamb and chilli chicken biryani are superb! We also ordered the hot and sour soup which was a bit too sour but we still enjoyed it. The place can get very busy on weekends and parking can definitely be an issue since its in a gas station complex. One time we did have to turn back because we couldnt find parking. ”

Chilli chicken was spicy, crispy, and full of bold flavor. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys rich, satisfying Indian cuisine. ”
